Not the usual Ranger vs Recon, CAG vs DEVGRU, SEAL vs SF comparison. We're talking paramilitary units of federal law enforcement.
I know they have different missions, but I'm sure they could perform similar ones at times. So let's look at some points that may help define my question (I ask as there isn't much out there on either, at least in detail):
1) Which selection course is physically harder to pass?
2) Which group are better shooters overall?
3) Which group can perform a wider variety of missions and is therefore trained accordingly?
